Local Storage

• Data stored in encrypted SQLite database on your device
• Only accessible by the Health Tracker app

• Stored on secure servers (Contabo VPS, Europe)
• Database credentials stored in secure environment variables
• No third-party analytics or tracking

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: View all your data within the app
• Delete: Delete individual events or all data
• Export: Request a copy of your data (contact us)
• Opt-out: Disable cloud sync to keep data local only

Data Retention

• Active Users: Data retained while you use the app
• Inactive Users: Data retained indefinitely (you can delete anytime)
• Account Deletion: Contact us to delete all your data from our servers

Third-Party Services

Authentication

• We use JWT (JSON Web Tokens) for authentication
• No third-party authentication services for data access

Location Services

• We use device GPS to get location coordinates
• Location data is NOT sent to third-party services
• No reverse geocoding on third-party APIs

Children's Privacy

Health Tracker is not intended for users under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Showing an in-app notification
• Requiring acceptance of new terms on app update

Data Deletion Request

To delete all your data:

1. Delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete Account)
